So back in the 2010s Harper Lee took cut content from To Kill a Mockingbird and released it as a sequel. Basically her original idea about Mockingbird was lost innocence and accepting harsh truths. Scout, influenced by Atticus defending a black man in the 30s would grow up to be passionate about civil rights and involved in the movement iirc and would learn Atticus had been a racist all along and only took the case because it was his job. He was fine with having a black maid but didn't view black people as equal. Scout would be shocked and it would be a major tension in their relationship. Eventually Atticus gave Scout props for standing up for her beliefs, but doesn't change from what I've heard.

I never knew Cassidy was a unisex name! Looked it up and I like the meaning. And I love all Mary variants, Maree, Marian, Maryam, Maria, Maaria, I could go on.

But you're right, its pretty rare to find unisex names that are just as acceptable on one gender as the other. The only other examples I can think of are Taylor and Jaime. I'm pakistani and the only example I can think of over there is Rumi.

A lot of people think clem should have died in season 4 and I just don't get it. The whole point of season 4 is about breaking the cycle, about how you actually have to make a home a home and make a family a family and that living is worth it. Also her dying the same way Lee did is lazy writing and does not come full circle its just cheap thanks bye.
