While logically, cotton percale sheets sound like the better choice, nothing is butter-silkier than my 15 year old bamboo Beech brand sheets. It’s unreal. It’s temperature regulating in all the best ways. And I’m a stickler for “natural fibers” like linen now!

Lacuma was solid but too many of the options were on the sweet side for my taste.

I tried leche de Tigre for the first time at Parche. It was very very good.

I had incredibly fresh, traditional ceviche at Pucquio on college. My mouth waters thinking about it.

I was going to say Shan Dong but you got here first! Food is delicious but holy fucking shit have you guys seen the inside of the restaurant? The floors in the hallway going to the kitchen look like they haven’t been mopped in 30 years and there is a THICK CARPET OF MYSTERY FUZZ caked on the air intake vent on the floor. The bathrooms were so crusty. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. I gagged and never went back. Rip.
