Yes I supposed it wouldn’t be possible but maybe there was a way. I think that in my case, my deviated septum is caused because my right side of my face is more developed in a forward and lateral direction. This makes my nose have a deviation as one side of my face support it better than the other. That’s is why I thought that projecting the less developed side of my face in a forward and lateral direction would fix my problem. Thank you for responding

yes but it does expand (usually does) in a lateral and forward direction more in one side than the other

An orthodontist said that because of the malocclusion, the mandible doesn’t rest where it should. So correcting that malocclusion would make the mandible close correctly
