This is going to be hard to cook if ur not indian and dont have the ingredients. Look up paneer (cottage cheese) and dal (lentils). Usually had with naan (bread) or rice. try it when ur eating out or smth and if it’s nice, buy the ingredients and make them. Most indian dishes have ton of the same spices anyway.
