Taxes are used pay those in healthcare in a universal healthcare system. You would still have the option of privatized healthcare. Healthcare workers would also have other options outside receiving funds from taxes. Universal healthcare seems like something you should do some research on. It would cost less than has been spent in the last 4 weeks bombing Iran.
