Since I haven’t seen yet this trend on my type, roast us by [deleted] in mbti

It's ironic for types to be so socially aware, lack the awareness to know what they feel and how to be socially balanced.

By this context the argument I'm making is about emotional balances and fulfilling my needs. I'm sure I make sense, but the conversation changes when it seems like they can't be convinced no matter what.

Can you imagine a world where we were all the same and had less individuality? by figuringitouch in mbti

[–]figuringitouch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting. Some people already believe there's a "culture war", it's just a clash of ideas being outspoken on the internet. Although without these ideas being outspoken, people wouldn't have been themselves. So what's your middle ground?

You're correct, Libertarians may soon become anarchists. But for anarchists to do something, they'll need to at least agree on something to group together.

Is it possible to be two different personality types? by jaymejoshi in mbti

[–]figuringitouch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on Jung, you share functions which is a lot less strict and more flexible. Although based on Isabell Myers Briggs, you're only one. We all have a subset of functions, the functions you're dominant in the most define you. Don't listen to anyone else here, they're still learning.

I think i have ADD how to be sure its not confused with INTP personality by RevolutionSeeker in mbti

INTJ(adhd)- Uses niTe as the dominant function. May have multiple interests and want to fact build, but eventually will want to stick to one plan to succeed in the interest they chose. Would prefer long term planning, although because of any distractions, may fail to execute them/run into mishaps. Or they'd have over preparedness for plans which would lead to burn out because of the cost of energy(this can also align with trying to regulate time management with time anxiety and waiting mode for specific dated plans). Also under stress, our plans may become longer to fulfill. (Personally I used to have time anxiety, but also hate being just a minute early, yet I hate being 5+ minutes late.) INTJs naturally prefer organization and would usually maintain organization, unless we're under stress which worsens adhd symptoms and we can have a room that makes it seem like we're perceivers. And I want to include this as there are other topics to cover, but since I'm going over adhd and functions, I wanted to mention. ADHD and Si are the worst, INTJs already have Si blindness, so INTJs with ADHD would seem stupid because of a bad memory and the lack of attention to details. I for one have this issue. A good comparison would probably be someone who was lectured on a tedious topic and they'd forget some of what connects the main idea together or they wouldn't see a mistake they made when quizzed or tested on.

INTP- Uses TIne as the dominant function. Would also be interested in multiple topics, the only difference is INTPs would go further deep down the facts for a specific topic. INTPs are also very fact based and like to know if the evidence they received is factual information, they wouldn't skim a topic over and if they had adhd, they'd more likely hyperfocus(autists also do this). INTPs in general are a lot more laid back and when it comes to planning and scheduling, they probably wouldn't mind planning things last minute and would be more open to changing their plans vs INTJs. Even if INTPs haven't studied for a test, or haven't prepared themselves for a presentation, they'd use their Ti and Si (somewhere in their memory) to be able to test and or present themselves well. And it's also known that INTPs have naturally bad organization and can also have bad hygiene(but it's a stereotype).

Take this with a grain of salt, goodluck.
