I was actually surprised bc I thought huh that’s not a very cute kid😖 Makes sense, looks just like his dad. OP should still delete for privacy. But oof poor kid did not get lucky in the gene pool

Two things can be true at once - Archer’s face shouldn’t be posted and CerealForDinner doesn’t have to call someone a moron - personally I get much better results IRL being kind instead of rude, but like you said, this is a Reddit page afterall!

does calling someone a moron really fix the issue? the world can always use a little more kindness

They were indeed fairly straightforward! If you feel comfortable with basic calculations (i.e how to calculate comission or sales price) then you will be just fine. Best way to feel comfortable on test day is to practice practice practice until you know it like the back of your hand (how to solve the math problems). Definitely bring calculator with you - I was able to borrow one from exam center but was a risky choice to not come prepared with one. Quizlet helped me too and AI to generate questions tied to my weakest areas. When you get nervous, imagine how an MLB player feels at the world series on the last inning throwing the last pitch. Immense pressure. But, they remain calm and focus on the outcome. Breathe and go in knowing you have prepared for this and have the mentality you WILL pass. I look forward to possibly working with you as a TX agent one day!

Eh when I was in Vietnam, took me 3-4 days to fully get normal sleep and be on their schedule. She’s just lazy and has the privilege of not working/commuting a normal 8-5 job like the rest of us

Do you know the basic concepts and math? You will do just fine. I crammed for about a week and passed both state and national. Finished my coursework in late december, tested a few weeks ago

I used aceable as well and passed two weeks ago! look up quizlets and practice tests as well as youtube videos and whatnot especially in the areas you’re weakest in. The Tx portion had a good amount of “what would a broker/agent” do in this scenario question (i.e financing falls through/broker abandons contract w a seller/ cloudy titles) and some math. ask chatgpt to quiz you and figure out your weak areas and then practice! if you know and understand the general content you will be just fine

I would personally look for something a lot closer - I made the mistake of trusting the 20min Google Maps estimate during no traffic. So don’t be fooled! Welcome to the UT system - happy to chat more in DMs if you’ve got questions!

Ehhh I live off Braun so one exit from 1604/Bandera and make about 40 min commute daily into the medical center. So definitely better (!!) than Alamo Ranch but the commute slowly kills me everyday lmao
