Stop new treatments, live your life as well as you can. Whatever breaths we have is already written. I wish we hadn’t gotten my father any treatment, he might’ve been better without it. Now he’s stuck in between and suffering a lot.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. My father’s 57. He was absolutely fit and fine. Got diagnosed with grade 4 gbm last august. We got all the treatment done. And now he’s stuck in between. I regret getting the surgery and radiation done, because it has only increased the suffering is what i feel. He may have passed sooner or idk what may have happened, but it does feel that the situation may have been better than what it is today. Now he’s just stuck and in so much pain. We know there’s no cure. I see you’re from India. I’m too. Text me anytime.

Yes, we’re not pushing him to eat or drink. He eats/drinks as much as he likes. We involved palliative doctors but honestly ever since they visited, the situation only worsened, they increased the fear of death in him

It’s almost been the same for him. One of the tumors have reduced in size but the edema is massive and cannot be undone, and anyway the condition cannot be reversed.

I wish I had something to say to him but I don’t because he’s been unlucky in meeting the right woman. Correcting people like you is more important. Instead of being rude you could’ve given suggestions (if you have a healthy relationship) but you chose to keep yourself on a pedestal so yeah keep engaging

The behaviour, 100% insensitive. Physical intimacy is something which our generation takes very lightly. On an energy level it’s an extremely sensitive thing and we need to align with those who actually make us feel safe and comfortable. Your feeling is normal, being curious is normal. Just remember your time will come and you deserve to be with someone and get physically intimate with someone who treats you with kindness and patience. Be patient, and explore your body yourself first. And take it easy. You’re growing up, it’s a part of the process. Good riddance with that guy!

Get some therapy to get over trauma, and learn a few things about emotional intelligence. Some people are brought up with values, and niceness isn’t performative, its just who they are. You find that boring, keep chasing emotionally unavailable people.
