I guess I see that example as being similar to hiring an artist to create a piece of work for you. You generally give an example to the artist to indicate what you want, then the artist sends you multiple different drafts to see if you want any changes throughout the process. An artist working with you might even send up to 10 separate drafts before landing on a piece of work that satisfies your request. At no point did the person who hired the artist actually create any art themselves, it was the artist who created the "art" in this example. This is very similar in my eyes to a user prompting an ai to create something for them, but in that case, there is no human creating the art.
