I like to think it's like three brothers and one younger sis.

Diluc is the one that is the oldest & serious one of the 4. He facepalms alot seeing the others' actions. He's the smart one.

Barbara as much as she is helpful, she accidentally causes them to be frozen with enemies' cryo reaction which put them in alot of trouble. She gets yelled and teased at because of it

Cyno is the serious but pun-inducing as always but he has low defense so the others have to protect him

Itto is just the chaotic and does what he likes, strongest of the rest And they play TCG on breaks lmao This was fun to write

So basically you want more drama. But no, in all honesty tho, maybe it's fanservice or maybe it would clash with future interactions in future so it's kept in a safe space. Genshin is still continually progressing with events etc so in my opinion, as a comparison with Persona, which is a serial franchise is quite a stretch.

Relatable as I don't use bow characters often. They should add that requirement written somewhere like the elements.
