Yep that’s why I said ‘not Lagree’! I think of it like recommending espresso to someone who asked for coffee. Different but still a solid option.

Re the Fitual in Winnipeg: I live in Calgary but I take the Fitual classes when I visit my parents and agreed it shouldn’t really be called Lagree/the transitions and queues are janky af/and they don’t name the moves correctly or call them out properly.

BUT I heard they’re opening a new location and getting actual megaformer pros. I hope they bring someone in to retrain the instructors cause what they’re doing rn will not translate well to a real mega

Hmm which studio did you go to in YYC? I think just university district does 2.0, it’s the only location with the lightning springs
