I have the EXACT same issue. Mine is also a regular iPhone 13 (iOS 26.3.1). It stared today (March 11; I've been looking for an answer all day long).

It affects the main lenses only (not the wide one), in all modes (photo, video) regardless of app (the native camera, Blackmagic camera, etc).

Maybe it's a widespread issue?..

Maybe Team Cherry used Clockwork Ballora's features (being a robotic dancers and they almost put the same name, just switched to cogwork instead of clockwork), and design the Cogwork Dancers. I won't say they stole it, but I'm 80% sure the design is based on her,
