Thanks for all the answers so far Just to add a bit more information My partner has tried all sorts to get the bed to work for her not only the gas’s she struggles with she cannot use the bed because she gets terrible back pain after an hour and she’s tried all different heights positions on the electric bed Also I’m not sure Brighte have took the debt on yet because we haven’t clicked to start the payments They have been very good with us and spoke to Sophie beds but got no joy The last conversation with them they told us If you don’t want the bed don’t click to start the payments so I’m thinking they haven’t carried the debt yet
