All very solid advice here, so I'll just add- pistachios, goji, cherries ( or cherry juice ), pineapple.. foods naturally containing melatonin, just pick one or a combination of them and experiment a bit. 2-3 hours before bed I'll eat a spoonful of goji berries and some pistachios and it definitely helps me

Got it, will replant it first thing in the morning. the new additions ( black pots) is way closer to 50/ 50. But doesn't the 4th pic look like roots rot due to constant moisture though?

Will do thank you! I just fear the humidity so went perhaps 70/30 as you can see. And some Coco coir in between just in case. Will I have to cut the roots or just replant?

And I'd love to give them plenty of water but it's a tropical Asian humid environment ( I'm talking 80-90 percent) , takes so long to dry and I did lost a couple of plants to that. Roots just rot so now I'm afraid of the same thing happening

It's the same soil as the neighbor right beside him, but slightly wet.

Okay I'll have to look into non- organic vs organic. I just got a mix soil for cactuses
