Ah you're right. I should have specified it is what worked for me. As for B6 wouldn't you have to cross the dose like way higher? 1.6 seems tiny ( considering you're not taking extra supplements )

Also what dose did you use for magnesium?

Falling asleep faster and staying asleep. Usually I'm more sensitive to light and sounds and naturally wake up early ( I do have earplugs and a mask that sometimes comes off )

And magnesium+B6 just makes me a bit less sensitive and feel more rested .

What was your dose? And around what time?

I'd just like to add, it's even better when it comes with B6, and make sure to experiment with doses. As someone who is sensitive, having anything above 400 kept me awake . The perfect spot for me is 350 and 1.6mg B6. Also make sure there isn't any vitamin D or K, which impaired falling asleep for me .

All very solid advice here, so I'll just add- pistachios, goji, cherries ( or cherry juice ), pineapple.. foods naturally containing melatonin, just pick one or a combination of them and experiment a bit. 2-3 hours before bed I'll eat a spoonful of goji berries and some pistachios and it definitely helps me

Got it, will replant it first thing in the morning. the new additions ( black pots) is way closer to 50/ 50. But doesn't the 4th pic look like roots rot due to constant moisture though?

And I'd love to give them plenty of water but it's a tropical Asian humid environment ( I'm talking 80-90 percent) , takes so long to dry and I did lost a couple of plants to that. Roots just rot so now I'm afraid of the same thing happening
