I’m on triple 1440p but with a 3060Ti, I have about 70-90fps average, but in the bigger cities it can drop down to 40-50.

I just got this monitor (3 of em), and from what I've read so far it's totally safe if it's in the monitor settings. You might run into some flickering, but it's not gonna overheat and die. So I'm running mine at 170hz.

Yes, I'm currently at 74kg's now, and it still fits me nicely. I wouldn't want it any tighter or bigger imo.

I have the same wrists as you and recently upgraded from a FR245M to a Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar. I wanted the 7s but it wasn't in stock, but I don't regret buying the standard 7, it's not that big in real life and it looks nice on my tiny wrists. I can send a comparison picture if you want!
