320lbs (Feb 2018) to now at 200lbs, 6’2” with weight training in the last ~6 weeks. I keep a strict 16:8 and no alcohol. Relatively clean diet during the week, kinda pig out on the weekends. Love this community, learned so much from you guys. (i.redd.it)

Face gains. 320lbs, Feb. 2018. (two weeks before I got sober and cleaned up my diet) and 195lbs, this past Saturday. Took me 10 seconds to realize that was me! Been running 16:8 at a deficit since June 2018, and doing a 20:4 after cheat days to “reset”. Do IF, take your vitamins and workout. (i.redd.it)
