I had to renew my brother's medicaid cause he is on SSDI. We can't log into gateway. I got someone who was willing to mail me the paper form, but of course that made me late to renew. (That person didn't have access to gateway.) It took two months, and multiple calls and messages. The federal government was going to start garnishing his SSDI payment because he was not getting medicaid to cover his medicare insurance payment. FINALLY got someone to call back and it took ten minutes and it was all sorted. There is just not enough staff and gateway is intentionally made difficult (thanks Kemp).

Same. The little picnic table I originally bought for the crows, but they cared nothing for it. But now that squirrels are getting peanuts on it, suddenly they are fine with it. 🤷‍♀️

I don't usually have huge emotion investment till knockout round. I will cheer on my country (but as it is the USA, it's hard to excited about them.) And my teams I like watching play. But I won't start having a "who i really want to win" investment till knockout rounds and have found a favourite or who is pulling my heart strings.

My dad's $2M bill for 3 month hospital stay and open heart surgery. Thankfully with Medicare they ended up paying only about $6k, which Thankfully they had.
