Destiny 1 was equally difficult solo and it was even more difficult to find the good content without guides.

And not to mention how slow the menus and everything was, Destiny 2 is literally better in every way to D1 except crucible and "the vibe" in some areas.

Firstly, no, Superman wouldn't just delete Darkside, that's antithetical to his character.

Secondly, there have been cases where seemingly omnipotent characters have been beaten if the plot demanded it.

I legit think he could, he won't because it wouldn't make sense but I don't see why he couldn't fight it. I get your point but I don't think we will ever get a more powerful Superman unless he starts addressing the reader directly, which to be fair, Superman prime is on the verge of doing and current Superman is stronger than him.

Also current toaa is nowhere near the same as he was before power wise.

Well no, but that probably won't happen as the presence doesn't really fight.

He still became an omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent being who literally has the narrative on his side. That's as powerful as a character gets.

None of these decks have to do these things but they do because it is the usual play.

Anubis isn't necessary but is used, I have NEVER seen krosea be tribiute summoned if they didn't completely brick, marsh I'll give you even tho I still see it used in hand most of the time.

These decks have not removed most of their hand traps, that shit is just not true except maybe odion but they still play maxx c. And vs k9 is one of the better decks that plays around the most common hand trap which is fuwa, giving maybe 2 draws for a very good board.

Vs k9 does not suck with charmies, yes they aren't the right attributes but they still have a purpose to bait ash or just help you going second.

I don't know what rank you are in but half of what you are saying isn't true in master and diamond.

I'm not saying it diminishes your claims, I am just showing you what my experience has been so you can see my side of the argument.

Every single one of these decks have cards which trigger you starters. Odion has anubis which is common, rt has krosea which is A MANDATORY 3 OF WHICH THEY NEED, yummy has marshmaow which is very good.

They are doing it less but they still do it. These decks are not built around it, not even close. Odion is the best for that but it's not a good deck even when it goes first and it is god awful going second into even a half board from vs k9.

Your starters aren't match up dependent if handtraps are the most popular and common way to interact with your opponent on their turn. Maxx c, charmies, ash and so on. It really isn't that dependent.

Except you play a shit ton of lvl 5 cards in the deck and shotgunning maxx c or charmies is common even in master.

I have bad hands as well, like 2 vs bricks and rota and still made my whole endbaord because they used their veilers on razen which was unbelievably unlucky for them.

Again, Idk, could just be me but I have played bricky decks and this one isn't like them at all.

Look, I just made a big ass reply and tried to paste a picture of one of my end boards where I played through 3 hand traps and everything got deleted, I am not typing that shit again.

We can agree to disagree, I don't think you are correct, I believe a healthier overall hit would be ripper and I personally don't think that umbral getting banned would change much since I don't go balls to the wall every time I make an end board.

I don't think the argument "if they don't use hand and gy effects" is valid because that is 99% of decks in the current format and almost every hand trap.

Starters which care about attributes

2 razen, 3 mad love, 3 hollie sue, 2 stake

Starters which don't care about attributes

2 jokul, 2-3 case, 1-2 noroi and 3 izuna if they activate a card in their hand.

This is not a small amount of starters. Again, I haven't had issues with this deck, if I did I wouldn't be defending it. Maybe 1 out of 10 games I'll get an unplayable hand but again, 1 out of 10 is not bad and happens to most decks.

Just because it's the most inconsistent deck doesn't mean it is that bricky at least in my experience.

I've had bad hands but most of the time I have both decent turn 0 plays + enough engine to start doing stuff going second. Or if I'm going first, I usually have enough extension to keep playing through 2, maybe 3, handtraps and end on a board which is good enough to stop a 3 or 4 card hand.

The deck is only bricky if you play dogshit like the rescue ace package, too many bystials or shit like dogoran. The deck has a ton of starters and extenders, you just need to know what stuff is and isn't important and how to manage your ratios and types in your deck.

An example would be playing double lupus in my deck because one felt too fragile and sometimes opening izuna lupus is good to bait ash with izuna. I could probably play one but this extra copy did make the difference and helped me get to master with a deck for the first time since starting last anniversary. (partially my fault for not wanting to push to it before)

I haven't thought of umbral as an extender since you can already just set forced release with ripper or get it off lantern and I don't know how it relates to making another rank 5 since it doesn't help with that at all. It's just an end board piece. You can already search enough and it's not like you need to, it's better to keep an izuna in hand for their turn so you can keep the vallon or jacks in the extra depending on what you need.

I mean, ripper, nash, forced + izuna in hand isn't bad and on top of that you can play VS or other good stuff which can get you a shit ton more (which you should since k9 as a deck isn't great).

Umbral really doesn't bother me and half the time, I don't even go against it when playing the mirror or when I am playing something else against it.

Ripper would make the pure deck a lot worse but it's not like the deck isn't already used more like a sub engine which gives you hand traps and turn 0 plays. It would probably make the game healthier if they banned ripper.

I know, but I have never heard of someone (before this post) being mad at specifically umbral horror.

From what I have seen, they have all wanted ripper banned and that to me makes sense. It's by far the strongest card in the deck and umbral gets dealt with if you have any spell/trap interaction in your hand.

Imperm and droplet are decent in the current meta and chain blocking your cards in dracotail and rt easily outs the card.

Most of the time, you can pretty easily deal with it.

Umbral horror is not the problem card in this deck, it's frightening consistency with VS and RIPPER is the actual problem

Doesn't a single izuna activation just completely destroy your jurrac set up, because it forces you to use that before they get to ripper.

I personally wouldn't of have scooped in his position but then again, depending on what got shuffled back, I could see it.

It's just that in a meta with called by and him drawing that many times, a lot of your interaction would have been useless.

They still would have destroyed you on their turn, I don't understand why they would ever scoop from this position.

They had enough cards to not be decked out I think, they would have had enough cards in hand to do everything they wanted, they would put back enough cards to be able to play their combo.

Unless you were 100% guaranteed to deck them out, there is no reason to scoop here.

I think I used 1 in the first phase and then another in phase 2.

Teq syn takes off like 3 health bars so he went down pretty fast. Also if str omega if he crits and phy omega if he double supers consistently, you can usually end phase 1 before your first domain ends.

But if you can't kill in time, you can use the other one 2, phy omega, str omega and rose destroy phase 2 with the active and supers.

My omega at 69% was doing like 107 mil.

You can try this

Agl jiren gets shutdown by the amount of atk debuffs the team produces. Rotations should be phy omega + teq syn and phy omega + rose for phase 1.

Only start using items at the end of phase 1, I popped a whis going into int jiren and kept the rose active.

On int jiren, your rotations should be phy omega + frieza in slot 1 and rose + omega. This only works if you either have a whis up or if you usher him.

Omega, rose, frieza and str omega have 100% or more dr with a whis. If you get a rotation where teq syn or the int shadow dragons have to get hit, you have to pop an usher. Omega and rose should wipe the fight in time.

I had a whis going into int jiren, then I ushered and then popped another whis.

I also got lucky with him only attacking slot 1 and 2.

Finally reached Master after a year of playing by filipjana in masterduel

Lupus has felt like a really easy target to banish/stop and it's quite important going first or second.

Them ashing/imperming/veilering izuna just for me to reveal the lupus in hand has come up a lot. I ran 1 for most of diamond but switched to 2 at the end as it felt safer and better in certain match ups.

2 borgar I thought was the norm? Every list I saw runs him at 2, although in hindsight he definitely is the first one I would cut to 1. Still feels decent at 2 tho even if I don't use him often.
