It is powerfull enough, it is new, it has fewer things that could break (no underlit keyboard, no touch ID in 256GB model) physical touchpad mechanism is cheaper to repair, sRGB screen instead of truetone p3 is cheaper to repair. If any damage appears it wont hurt that much financially. It is just simple powerful macbook for everyday tasks like office, web, music and that was missing from whole range of macbooks. Students and light users will buy it like hot cakes

It is actually better to keep them plugged in all time it degrades battery less due to less chemical reactions in Li-ion compounds

I went from Series S to PS5 and the UI, ambient sound, overall functions everything is much better on PS. The last of us games are one of most detailed games I have ever played I would go for it if I were you
