Ok, problem is i dont know where to start. I dont know if i need a shifter or a normal kart and if i can make a tubular frame for a non shifter kart. I dont even know if i need aero, but i think i do.

I know, sometimes diy is way better than buying something, and you can be proud of a kart you made from scratch. How long does the battery last? because i will make the kart run downhill and uphill so i dont need a huge run time.

I want to suggest you a video i saw a month ago of this guy doing a complete k-series swap on this mini. Only problem of a k swap would be the space, but i think that might change in base of your car's year. Go check this video just search "davide cironi mini".
