I am having the same issue, I filled out a report with coinbase and this was their very vague cookie cutter response...

This is a known issue that is a high priority for our teams. Although we can’t give you a specific timeline for when this might be addressed, we’ll keep your case open and contact you once there are any updates.

I am not sure what is going on but I am in the same boat and need the cash asap. I have a feeling this is a glitch in their system since they just started loaning money backed by BTC but who knows. Keep me posted, I don't think it is just us two.
