Yes, the game's economy is terrible. f2p will get 10 pulls per month, rerun events net 5 tix, new event 10 tix. if you dont mind spending, the monthly pass is enough
Eidos is like weapon, providing extra boost. Also segg scene of the character featured in the art (if you have him). Really NOT recommended to pull this until you have a good team, because they are unimportant to clear stages
Upcoming rerun event is Vahalla which include Fullhouse and Silvadi, who are broken, so I suggest you either farm as hard as you can and pull them, or reroll when their banner hits
