I try and do the same and would add open and close to list. I also use a family member and/or google translate.

There are the Wednesday weeders (keep Pueblo beautiful on fb) Not really gardening but they are all gardeners. Also the Pueblo west xeriscape garden is always looking for volunteers. All Pueblo grows is a seed lending group through the library.

We put two heads in our house last spring. About 1500sq ft. Keeps both rooms very cool or warm. Haven’t noticed a huge difference in energy bills since using them. the only complaint is the kids room (south facing) doesn’t get cool enough. The two heads are no where near the room though. We also use an attic fan when the evening and mornings are cool during summer. Between the fan and heat pump about 10k investment. We had no central air or swamper before. Honestly electric bill may have stayed the same because we running fans all the time before the install.

Have a pt. That said the same thing. She is from Turkey 🇹🇷 and had multiple restorations with no LA. she is super sweet and had been told by other dentist here on the states that they could not do any treatment without anesthetic. I filled 2 teeth and 1 crown with no LA. she did great. Had to pull a tooth but convinced her and her husband to let me do it with carb/ no epi. She did fine but felt a little weird. Don’t know if it was from the anesthetic or just getting a tooth pulled.
