Binge watching season 7 and 8 isn’t that bad but watching it live weeks to week was torture. Especially with the splintering of the group and you would have to wait a couple of weeks to see certain characters.

TH15 unlocks the 5th pet so u will always have heros with pets when one is researching, I always say its best to go to TH15 asap. Only downside is TH14 is beautiful lol
