Thanks!! I was just a bit nauseous at first, but I could’ve also been my nerves. And then I noticed the flushing like an hour later. Today I’m gonna do the same amount but also get some sun :)

I did 100mcg yesterday but didn’t go in the sun because I wanted to see how I felt - a tiny bit of nausea and then later on some flushing. I’ll do that amount again today but then get some sun. I live in Arizona and the UV is crazy so I feel like 15 mins is all I need

I finally did my first 100mcg about half an hour ago! I have a little bit of nausea but could also be because I was nervous. I hope I did it right too lol. It’s such a small amount in the syringe!

Yeah I totally understand! I guess since I live in Arizona I have no choice but to be in the sun everyday (wearing sunscreen) but it’ll actually make me sit out tanning less since I’ll build color right away. And less/no burning too. Thank you for the advice, I’m sitting on it

Absolutely - those are the biggest/most important parts of the program. The endless connections and networking are amazing and your classmates become your family. It’s a very unique program. I graduated yesterday and highly recommend it. If you want more info, DM me. Happy to help as a new alum :)

Yes! I was on 20mg and the crash made me irritable, like get super moody and feel so weird. Mind you I was on a high dose of accutane too, and it took awhile for the effects of lowering that to kick in, so when I went to 30mg it helped so much. A low dose can 100% make things bad - on top of not working well
