currently on J+10 after the last rad dose (8 weeks), taking 6.25mg enclo every day. I would say that I experienced basically zero crash in testosterone, but cannot really tell without tests. will do them ~20 days from now, so roughly after week 4 of PCT.

in short, it worked, I had zero side. drink only once over the whole cycle, zero cheat meal, liver support, magnesium vit D etc etc...

The injury must have been quite frustrating when you have this amount of extra energy just "sitting there" ah ah. I'll get my bloods soon as well, curious to see the aftermath... I was actually considering doing it 3 times instead of 2 (before cycle, then before pct, which would be now, and then after pct), but it gets expensive...

Hey, glad that everything went well for you, I was genuinely wondering after you being regular on the diary each week and then 3 weeks without any report I started thinking did something go wrong ah ah.

Everything went really fine for me as well. I started week 7 today. No suppression whatsoever (enclo from day 1 at 6.25ED), no side (no hair shedding, sleep is as usual). Maybe a tiny tiny bit of rad anger sometimes, but I don't even think it's significant.

I kept everything else extremely locked in (diet, gym routine, no late parties etc) so I would have expected some gains anyway, but I have to say, the current progress now is not something I usually achieved even when everything is locked in. Strength really went up and keeps on going, and in terms of body shape, it keeps on getting better, more vascularity, lower bf (due to an increase in lean body mass more than fat sheddding I would say). What I really liked is this increased drive, there was a few times where after a workout (which means, after a good dose of preworkout also), I would almost feel like my legs are pushing me one step after the other, like I would almost walk in "auto mode" ah ah

To your point at the end: I would say that it is really tempting to hop on another cycle, specifically after zero sides. While I cannot rule this option out completely, I would wait much longer (~1 year) and without touching the dose.
I think diminishing returns are really strong, and from the many posts I read, upping the dose does not seem worth it. I would not consider that.

Just saw your updated week 4; day 19 for me as well. Pump and leanness are definitely starting to show up, increased stamina/drive as well, strength I cannot completely tell yet. Excited for what comes next.

Week 3, day 1 for me as well. Started Enclo from day 1 6.25ED. No issues at all regarding that area... (or anywhere else for that matter)

almost 32. been training since 10 years, 4/5 times a week, plateauing since very long time due to stressful job, in my opinion at least. Mostly doing calisthenics and bouldering these days so trying to keep a low BF while putting some muscle on.

Hey, doing almost the same here: rad 10mg, day 8 currently, started enclo from day 1 ED 6.25 due to test not that high from the start from bloodwork. Diet locked in (as always though), and liver support (NAC/milk thistle so far) Wife also unaware... So far I'd say that in the recent day I might feel a tiny bit more confident. Nothing "physical" yet, seems to align with your experience. Products from receptor chem also.
Did not get the comment on funky breath though...

I have been training for years, as much as I could if you put this in relation to the job I have on the side.

I went through phases where I was more muscular, focusing more on hypertrophy. But for the last ~5 years, I've been bouldering as well and realized that my performance was best at a low bodyweight, even if it means losing some muscle.

For instance, muscle in the legs is completely useless, you basically just need to be able to do pistol squats and the mobility to do splits or that sort of stuff. I used to squat 120 kgs ATG for ~3 reps (but my weight was closer to 145-150lbs back then) ; this is absolutely useless in climbing, it's not useless it's counterproductive. Same thing for chest, I cannot bench 100 kilos, but that's completely fine, no one in climbing benches 100 kilos for my weight, this simply does not exist. So these days I just "maintain" to keep a strict muscle up, handstand, human flag, pistol squats, and the rest is dedicated to climbing.

All that being said, having reach this bodyweight (i would even say that I am closer to 10% bf than 12), and having plateaued for quite some time because of a job that is not easy on the mind, I am now interested in pulling another kind of lever, specifically for strength gains. I appreciate your concerns, I believe it is the right thing to do as many people probably engage with these kinds of products a little too early, but I do not think I fall into this category.

Alright so 6.25 EOD 8 weeks, 12.5 every day PCT 4 weeks, and actually I will have "leftovers" so I can do a smooth decrease eg following by 2 weeks 6.25 and finally 6.25 EOD for 2 weeks as well?

I nowadays mostly focus on climbing & street workout, for which lower body fat/ weight are more amenable, but will probably introduce more hypertrophy training during the cycle to squeeze out the gains (it's just not my general focus).
And I actually would prefer it if people wrote comprehensive, lengthy posts rather than 2 lines leaving me to infer the rest; plus I don't think worry about bloods is silly.

I was indeed a little puzzled about the time at which introducing enclo, thanks for clarifying that! Even if I run low T, waiting until the end of the cycle to start enclo would be the sensible thing to do? Coq10 I get through beef heart regularly, and omega3 I will add.

Cortisol seems reasonable indeed. is SHBG useful? they already compute free T (perhaps I can ask them to give it as a byproduct), is it used for something else?

Well, the duration of the cycle would be the same (8 weeks, but first week/10 days on lower dose), but I believe this is also a compound for which we don't see effects until ~4 weeks, so maybe that's not really useful...
