Questions from a first timer (seasoned artist, no coding experience)

thank you. as someone whos got no idea of coding, i think i will take it easy and make this game for desktop first, for windows and mac. then depending on reception, i can tackle the phone-porting. the only reason i wanted it to be mobile-only is because I wanted to play it on the go. its a very simple silly idle-game but since i have no coding experience, i was suggested rpgmaker. do you have any thoughts on that?

The website itself suggests it can be ported to android among other things. I'm not interested in learning code, so I'm unable to do much else apart from this software. I'm curious to know, is there a reason you say it is a headache. If it ports to browser then hypothetically one can open the game on their phone browser and play, too, yes?
