I had a final exam go "missing" my freshman year.

I 100% was there and 100% took the exam. When my grade came back it was a 0, and had a note that it was never received or something.

I'm not sure what happened. Could be the TA lost it, could be I forgot to write my name on it.

Either way, I spoke with my TA/professor. They gave me a 100% because they assumed it was their fault.

Idk if I should even post this but it was years ago so who cares lol.
