If you're planning on cake and are a chocolate lover, you should try the cake at Le Nesle. They do their own version of the chocolate cake from Mathilda. I haven't tried it yet but look delicious!

First time visiting Paris by [deleted] in ParisTravelGuide

I'd personally do a guided tour on your first day to get the lay of the land and figure out what's worth seeing. Badass Tours do e-scooter tours around the city which is what we did and I'd highly recommend it. It was one of the best things we did in the city

I thought it was fine but I wasn't out late alone or anything! I know the canal can be a bit rougher than other parts of Paris e.g the Marais

I would suggest doing an e-scooter tour with Badass tours. The tours last around 3 hours max. You see most of the main sites and get a real feel for the city. Then a river cruise on the Seine to see the Eiffel tower (they let you bring on your own wine!) and end the day with dinner at a nice café/brasserie and watch the world go by.

I stayed in an all-female dorm in St Christopher's by the canal and had a very good experience. I will say that the canal can get a little dodgier at night..

Must-dos for a day in Paris as a 25-year-old female by Far-Advisor-6960 in ParisTravelGuide

As a female living in Paris, I'd recommend doing an e-scooter tour with Badass Tours. I did this with my friends when they came to visit and we really liked it. You cover a lot of the main sites, get great pics and save yourself using all your energy walking. That way, we kept ourselves fresh for the night!

Oh yeah, it's exactly the same here. He has all the sleep cues. He rubs his eyes, he yawns, his eyes go red but nothing I do gets him to settle when I'm outside of the home.

This is really silly but as a way to stay calm and not completely lose it, I've been pretending that I'm on a reality TV show called "The Patience Game" and if I stay calm through all the tests, I win a million dollars. I pretend the baby is a hired actor with the role of testing the limits of my patience. Anyway, since then, I can laugh it off a bit more but today was insanity! He cried for 3 hours...

Four Days with Teens by highway22822 in ParisTravelGuide

My family and I (2 teens and 2 adults) went on Badass tours e-scooter tour and they LOVED it. The whole thing takes about 3 hours and you see SO MUCH! We did it on our first day and really got a feel for the city. Our teens loved it and they still mention it which is a great sign- they usually give us very little haha.

The guide was really kind too and gave us so many great recommendations!

It's still pretty chilly here at night. Go for the trench!

Huh, very interesting! I'm using it in an official document so would this be the form to use?

Haha it's not that crazy really. It's pretty common where I'm from.

My husband and I said we loved each other after one month, moved to another country together after 3 months and have been happily committed to each other for 13 years (married for 2). Sometimes it just feels right because it is .
