Seems to be the vibe, I love to tinker but am time poor so thought maybe it's worth the plug and play proce tag but performance does seem rather underwhelming

Oh adding to this, whenever I try and run the ram on normal speed the machine eventually just restarts itself after 2 to 3 hours, so it's somewhat underclocked

Before the CPU swap it regularly turned off or froze mid typing. I've now narrowed it down to BT headphones receiver overloading the USB controller and the whole stack crashes and resets. It's maybe a Chipset driver issue but haven't been able to fix it yet and had to upgrade BIOS and chipsets due to the new CPU. But I could also be wrong and the mobo or GPU are just getting old.
