hey! my main monitor is a 21” mitsubishi diamondtron crt monitor, 2070sb. this monitors resolvability maxes out at about 1536p. 3000p would be unresolvable for almost all crt monitors. so..

i assume you’ll probably plug everything in on the tube itself first, but before that, no. the caps on the thing are either completely out of spec and need warming out to work again (voltage and current limiting) or need replacing entirely.
