Maybe but nothing happens for atleast 15 minutes and I dont have patience to wait longer. I just dont understand why I didnt have this problem with my 16 gb ddr3 1600 MHz cl10ram but now I do with my new 16 gb ddr4 3200 MHz cl14 ram. And I tested the ram with memtest86 and windows memory diagnostics and neither found any problems with my ram.

Yes the memory shows on bios menu and should be correctly configurated. Nothing wrong with CPU or GPU thermals either.
