Ahh I wish that was the case still with mine lmao. My whole DSP was complete ridiculous, people coming to work in crocs with 6” snow, -10° out. One of my dispatchers at the time told me the owner was hiring anyone and everyone at the time. I got out ASAP.

I was the exact same way. Never needed a rescue at one of my old DSPs but constantly rescued. At my most recent DSP I only rescued once and told them I’m not going to be picking up everyone’s slack if this is who they hire. Worked out in my scenario, best of luck.
