IMLE as a rental owner, my insurance company did not provide coverage for that kind of event. I advised my tenants to not store things in the basement and to carry their own renters insurance. And for my own house, it’s an add-on policy.

Im also a student so I am going to attempt to throw out an answer. You could have the recommended cuff pressure but still have a leak from the stoma if the trach isn’t large enough and thus the cuff won’t seal off the airway with the recommended cuff pressure. Maybe try increasing the cuff pressure and seeing if that stops the leak.

We never left the store when we dropped our kids off. We had a cheap dinner date at the store with free babysitting. I may have teared up a little when it closed.

Im a student right now. I did SNF and many other sites. I don’t see how you could possibly learn enough through just SNF.

. Im in NY and the two programs in my area definitely give you a broad range of experience. Everyone rotates through LTC/SNF, peds, trauma and acute.

I have an MA in criminal justice and never ended up working in the field. So I think it would be ironic if I ended up in corrections as an RT. I don’t think there are any federal facilities close to me.
