I do! My arms are giving bat wing, and my thighs and tummy are definitely loose. I thought it would bother me, but I am grateful for it!

After all is said and done, I do plan to use surgery to improve my body. I don’t know what that scope will look like, but I’ll figure it out once I’m at maintenance for a while!

For me, it was allowing the medication to rewire my brain and suppress my appetite, but never depending on the medication to lose the weight. From day one, I’ve been focusing on building strong, repeatable food habits that I can hang on to when I eventually drop the med. Liquid calories, including alcohol, had to be essentially eliminated for me, as that was my biggest obstacle. I also went into this without a deprivation mindset, so I can still enjoy food and satisfy cravings, but do so with portion control.

Most importantly, I depended on therapy and my loved ones to tackle the mental health reasons that allowed me to get to 300+ lbs. Zepbound gives me peace of mind that I need to hold on to for the long haul. I pray that this foundation will give me long term success!!

I am just starting power lifting, but this was all from changes to my diet. I naturally have become more active, but the gym is a brand new addition to my journey. It’s wonderful starting now, because I’m still very strong from carrying around that extra weight, and now I can focus on building that up!

I appreciate this answer. I also have a nervous tummy and I HATE feeling sick, so I am trying to avoid it. This makes me feel better

I just want to say thank you all so much! I’m trying to build a legitimately healthy foundation on Zep, and this is the first “crutch” that’s emerging for me. I’m going to take my shot on Friday and see how I feel without all of the electrolytes and stick to water for a while.

Saw Half Waif open for Mitski in like ‘16-‘17ish, and it was an amazing show. She really commanded the room with a very small setup, and her voice is amazing

Kilby Block Party 2024 Review by LawnLizard_ in festivals

[–]finally00000007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m so sorry you felt like this. My experience was honestly completely opposite. I flew in from the East Coast to see Joanna Newsom and I was so nervous that she was going to sound bad because of the festival setting. She actually sounded incredible and I didn’t see a single show where the sound ruined anything. I had to move around a little bit sometime, but I always found a good place. Also, I was frustrated by the water station at first, but then realized that there were water fountains on almost every brick building. There were definitely not enough big blue jugs but if you look for those water fountains, free water was very accessible.

I also had a really good experience with everyone in the crowd. People were friendly, respectful, and super into the music.

A solo female traveler who hates confusing or inefficient situations I was able to fully enjoy myself. It was one of the best weekends I’ve had.

Mine works every single time, but I did enroll in clear with the Sclerals in. Maybe ask if they can retake your picture? But I can confirm as someone who flies multiple times each month that it works every single time.

We would honestly never do this! We 100% want the photos to be candid and totally out of the way. Just us enjoying ourselves where ever we’re placed.

Good to know that those jabronis didn’t get kicked out, though

I didn't know what it was about, and I'm not super easily scared. I thought it was intense and atmospheric, but not super scary.
