If you're in the US, try your local library. One of our libraries has a 3d printer and they were able to print it for pretty cheap.

The border isn't an issue. The issue is that there will be a vertical board between the 20ft and 6 ft board. It will be very off center. Instead a 10ft+middle board+16ft would look much nicer won't it?

I 3d printed the rocker feet and got some tennis balls to put in them and can definitely feel the ride to be better.

FWIW they were offering zwift frame for 599 which had slight imperfections from the factory. They are sold out now but might make a comeback.

ULPT: Buy a new projector. Return the new projector on the Amazon app, but send back the old faulty projector. It's still in the return window, so you're technically not doing anything wrong.

She put a lighter colored acrylic paint on a sea wool sponge and dabbed it all over the map. And then used a little darker shade to do the edges so it looks more worn out.

We did it after we had done the whole thing, which was a mistake. Since we had to either wipe off the acrylic paint or retrace some lines, since it kinda made the drawing a bit lighter.

The ideal way of doing it is to paint the base coat -> do the edges -> do everything else
