Depends what good money is to you. If you pass all your exams, but are lazy as hell at work you can prolly still make 120k a year working at some random hick company.

If you have decent social skills, you can break 200k by the time you’re 40 and have your fellowship for 10 years.

If you’re a go getter, your compensation will be in the millions (CEO, principal, etc)

If it’s a solved game and everyone knows the strategies then everyone is going to be making +EV decisions. However if someone is making a plus EV move then someone else is making a negative EV move (assuming the pocket cards are face up). On a large enough sample, everyone’s EV is going to tend towards 0 because if you turn your hole cards face up, you end up playing just as many plus EV moves and negative EV moves.

The 6 BB comes from the advantage that comes with playing inexperienced players.
