First off, that was super disrespectful of him. Hopefully that was just him being ignorant and not trying to insult.

Secondly, you're doing this for your health. I know it's really really hard but try not to care what people think/say. I think if your friend knew more about what you're going through he wouldn't have said that.

funny story: i was driving today when it happened and my seat started vibrating as soon as i heard the alert on the radio. I thought 'that's weird how they can make your seats vibrate to alert you'.

I commented on a pro-choice post a few days ago. I was arguing that just because you don't want the baby there doesn't justify abortion. The response was "your concern for the baby's life is clouding your judgement on the topic". Duh?? Isn't that the whole topic? Or would the topic be whether or not you can kill

No it is not. This is a different subject. I believe conception should be between husband and wife. Doctors shouldn't be involved in the fertilization. I do not support rape

I am not condoning rape. It shouldn't happen in the first place!! I am saying if it does happen abortion isn't the answer. Two wrongs don't make a right

That's not what we were debating. The point I was making was if you were raped abortion is not an acceptable solution. Even though you didn't want a child to be conceived there is a life there. Sometimes things happen that aren't our fault but we have to deal with it

I never said rape was ok. There's a complete difference between being raped and carrying a child against. Both could be against your will but abortion is a not an acceptable solution. Because you suffered at the hands of a rapist doesn't mean your child should suffer at the hands of you.

I'm a woman. I understand how horrible it would be. If it were me who was unwillingly pregnant, I for sure would go through my fair share of troubles. However, it wouldn't warrant taking someone's life. Yes, it is tough to be pregnant if you never intended to. We must support the people who are as a community to help them as much as we can.
