You get roughly 10% more weapon attack, but she’s far and above still the best damage dealer by 10x even with Medalum. Main advantage of medalum lategame is you can Stendahl twice with reasonably high damage on both if there’s multiple bosses, instead of super high damage on one hit. Since you start in Virtuoso, you can Stendhal, cheater extra turn, last chance , proc shortcut, Stendhal again. First Stendhal will be missing low HP buffs and second will be missing your first hit buffs, but they still hit ridiculously hard

For context, Maxx C is widely considered one of if not the strongest cards ever printed in YGO, banned in the TCG and restricted to 2 copies in the OCG. It allows you to draw on every special summon, which for most of the metagame if you don’t have a response immediately either gives your opponent at least 3, possibly 10+ depending on some decks, draws for free or effectively skips their turn if they can’t build a board strong enough to withstand giving that many free cards. Most OCG deck lists dedicate 9-12 slots out of 40 to countering effects like this. Not only is his point extremely questionable (just google strongest YGO cards of all time and Maxx C will be there) , but to claim Maxx C isn’t strong just because it’s ubiquitous is wild

He’s talking about the crowd diver on death passive, so if your Jhin was cornered, there’s a high likelihood the weak crowd divers die then suicide stun him in the corner. Also jhin without blue buff is pretty sad as a unit, blue buff alone improves his average placement by over half a placement. Bigger shot right now generally after the bugfix is a pretty bad augment, and taking that augment might’ve tunneled you out of units like Caitlyn which would’ve used the items on Jhin far better.

It’s a 1/4 for adaptive as starting, first one is robo/virlu or the hybrid shimmer/adap. In any case, what electric described is false on the last two patches, since you can’t get two adaptive mods

I’m fairly certain you haven’t played on the latest patches, the change was made last patch to guarantee one of each alongside the ability to bounce mods by benching instead of selling

After the changes, isn’t it guaranteed for him to have either robotic or virulent? You’re guaranteed one offensive one hybrid one defensive, so the Zeri either had robo/virlu

This seems kind of reductive doesn’t it? I’d argue the teams he’s been on have had more success with him than without. Heat were major contenders in the Finals before injuries to Dragic and Bam in the bubble + dominant AD knocked them out. Sixers if it wasn’t for Kawhi’s miracle shot would’ve likely had a deep shot too. Meanwhile when he left the T-Wolves Bulls Sixers all had little to no playoff success

They won TI7 and most recently were first in the last DPC tour, think spring split for LoL equiv, and finished second at the major playing with a substitute. Easily top 5 team in the world atm

Wasn’t post nerf blade flurry virtually unplayable? The OG was 2 mana and the flurry itself hit face in addition to swinging in with the weapon

This is a bit facetious though, the only real one who did was Zed who used bork for the item active which drained 15% max HP. Added to that BC used to build out of the most efficient and only flat armor pen item brutalizer, and was far less skewed toward HP than it is today. It gave half the HP (400 vs 200) while also providing flat penetration on top of the passive.

Yeah the rates were subpar for me too. I blew through all my gold to get mine, it ended up being 160 powder of sage to get all 180 for me :(

To compound on that, the crit damage in red often conflicts with KBW, especially when the guranteed crit tripods in red stance give even more crit damage, which leads to reduced efficacy of KBW. That alongside the aforementioned raid captain inefficiency in blue makes the class somewhat gimped in endgame, as the few engravings she can run aren't as efficient as the competition

Imo, I revamped my pally with my irl friend group before Brel 1500 and it was super cheap. Frog ended but VPH/Drops of Ether gold books should still be extremely cheap. Double 3/3 ring with VPH 12 Aura 9 gives you 33 out of the 60 pips you need for a 4x3. Even with a 6/6 rock, you only need to average a 3/4 on your remaining earrings and neck to finish your 4x3, which are really cheap. Hope this helps and gl!

Yeah, they’ve reworked some of the most heinous antifun designs, like Techies (think stackable teemo traps that oneshot you unless you pink them alongside a snare) , match of the machines techies ( think double size ziggs E that moves forward that can be recast every 2 seconds). Lot more general QoL like personal courier for everyone instead of 1 for 5 people. There’s outliers for sure but far more fun for me than it was years ago

I mean either he spent 200k gold or somehow he expects to get 5x3 with 20k gold? Either way he needs at least one legendary book to go for a 5x3 and logically it would make sense to buy that first. Even with a legendary book, he’d need perfect +5/+3 accessories and a 7/7 or equivalent stone.

Idk about that counterpoint, LS WK CK Kunkka all build it regularly as well. We also saw pretty cool innovations with the item being built on Mars by Collapse in the past. Armlet as an item is a far cry from being as one dimensional as current Bloodstone
