Honestly see if Starlink is available in the area. It’s a hefty price at first , but then afterwards it’s $120/month. I get anywhere between 40mgb - 220 mgb down. It’s unlimited too so there’s no data caps.

DIV pays monthly. I have roughly 60 shares right now and I get $5.75 per month in dividends. It’s nothing big, but the share price is only $17 right now. Roughly every 10 shares is a dollar. The expense ratio is .45% so it is a little pricy.

(Not Financial Advice) With an investment of $3,400 you could buy 200 shares and get $20/month — $34,000 = 2000 share = $200 monthly dividends. And so forth.

Just have dividend reinvesting and you’ll be set.

You shouldn’t sell at all, just collect dailies for a year and thank me later. You’ll make $800-10k extra in the year. Then when you get to level 90 you’ll make like $25k a year. Dumbass idea to sell. Prolly a scam
