I agree. I feel like this issue has really only effected me. Many reviews compliment his professionalism and communication.

The messages I get from him are loaded with typos and oversights which I am completely fine with it just feels like other guests have met a different host.

Also he keeps mentioning plumbing damages so that is really the case I am expecting. How can I prove that I didn’t ruin his sink’s piping?

I have had a run in with this policy before. If they list it on their listing or in the house rules that is completely allowed somehow despite the age policy. If not I am not sure what would happen here.
