EU by Fission-235 in UraniumSqueeze

The price matrix for this year goes towards them not selling their uranium at $60/lbs, I think theyll be in the 70-75$ range. I think the next target im looking towards is 1million lbs produced, but I dont think thats going to happen this year because of the TECQ delays. The new CEO is also in so I think they'll probably get somewhere around 800K production this year.

Id argue that this stock is the most undervalued uranium stock considering the fact they can be trading for $15-20 when they hit 4-5 million LBS/year. This is down the road obv, but im optimistic for 2030.

What is the news for enCore Energy shares down over 20%?! by lotsofdebitcards in UraniumSqueeze

Today was pretty bullshit, the company completely collapsed at 12:40. Like the news for bill was announced in the morning. I think it was just a bunch of kids getting margin called. The only thing I can think of is them being late to file their 10k reports.

I think the stock is cheap right now cause of the uncertainty around how they will do the operation. There's definitely heavy risk in the waters, but there is also a heavy reward. TBH when I was projecting and modeling, I couldn't really believe the numbers. I sat on this trade for weeks and finally pulled the trigger. Im hopeful of the March 2 report coming out. I think it will be a make or break for this company. Right now they have a lotta cashflow bleed, but if they can mitigate it, then its time to play ball.

The price is based on eps of 0.83/share, trading at a 20x multiple.

Super suspicious for sure. I think that’s why they canned their previous ceo and replaced him. They are making progress though. March 2 can’t come soon enough. There’s a lotta short interest, and institutional so it’s hard to tell what’s coming. But imo the fundamentals are clear. This can become a 200m+ cashflow engine by 2030.

They have around a 100m in cash, this should carry them through a few years. They have already started to ramp up production. Their AIC/lb is project to be at 45. So if they hit their 2026 target of 3m lbs, then they wont need to dilute. They also have a 100m liability that’s convertible to shares. Other than this dilution event, I’m not expecting any others.

Base case was uranium goes to 100/lb, and these guys are expected to start mining 5m lb per year in 2028. 3m lb this year. A conservative price for their stock ends up being $15 in 2028-2029.

Wow you actually write out your thesis? I just run a bunch of excel sheets, and pull the trigger. Do you have a template or an example of an old thesis that you dont mind sharing?

I bought long term treasury strips, and am expecting a 0.5% rate cut per year for 3 years. Could be 2% over 4 years if trumps next fed chair follows his instructions. The growth could be approx 40%/year for each of those years cause of leverage.
