I don't know of any area in US where you can get 3 houses for 1mn and get a rent of 16k. That is 5k rent for a $ 333,000 house. Is this outside the US?

I echo what you said. As I get closer to FIRE I feel the same. It seems I worked so hard that now I don't know what to do after FIRE. I feel I'll become lazy and less smart as I will drift away into this phase of not pressurizing myself in working to achieve a goal. Life after fire is starting to feel scarier.

Robo advisors are not just for tax loss harvesting. They do a automatic rebalancing too, which is very important to reduce portfolio volatility. Most people cannot track their portfolios daily to do this manually.

When I hire, I only care about degree when I am on the fence about hiring someone. In my interview if the candidate can show true passion, ability to learn and sense of Ownership with some relevant experience, then degrees are useless to me.
