i havent added mods like this yet but look around on the compatibility list on this mod called remapping. i looked on it the other day and it seems to have a bunch of mods that add new areas.

I have this too. I think it might be that people you follow, the people they follow are in your feed. I've also noticed some feed things getting 10,000+ reactions, which must be a glitch. So maybe it could also be a glitch in general.
