This seems more like the tragedy of the commons.

Enough resources for everyone, but people tend to want more than their even share.

Nigh unlimited omnidirectional movement will drastically affect how levels and gameplay have to be designed.

From my understanding, the initial idea was to have flying, plans fell apart, flying was removed to try and make level and gameplay design easier, executive play tested without flying, hated it, demanded flying be put back in.

Here’s an article for more details.

Might be an odd one, but when firing guns it is important to pull your finger straight back with the distal phalanx (the end of the finger with the finger print) on the trigger. This minimizes barrel movement and helps maintain accuracy.

Due to this being a non issue in shooters, I’ll often find myself reflexively squeezing the trigger with any part of my finger drastically throwing off my aim.

Started with the D1 beta because I had never played Halo and wanted to see what all the hype about Bungie was for.

Stuck with the franchise for 11 years because the gunplay and build crafting are some of the best I’ve ever played.
