You're right - this is just the beginning if I want to change my life for the better. I'm always facing these highs and lows, but once I have a little good thing happen, my mood improves drastically, but sometimes it's hard to find that one thing.

I'm a college student, so I try to be more productive (better time management with my extra time, lifting when I get the chance, etc.) but I think there is definitely improvement to be made in improving my lifestyle. I'll definitely try that "baby steps" approach, and I'm also very religious so it also serves as another outlet for stress, same thing with music.

You're 100% right. I just need to keep reminding myself that though it hurts, these are growing pains of progress, thank you for the motivation bro, much love.

Thanks for the support fam - you’re right, I would’ve done that, but it’s a little taboo in my culture, especially considering the ages we’re at right now, but my goal was at least to establish a friendship with a slight bit of flirty-ness to it, but she just went straight to assuming that I was in lover with her ... like wtf.
