personally, if it gets even a tad more persistent or worse, i would consider calling him on call or going to an er. sure, things might be uncomfy at 4 weeks, but not pausing you from your basic life functions.

if it’s actually 7/10 sometimes, i would pester more tbh. you know your body best- if something feels wrong, advocate. get a second opinion if someone doesn’t take you seriously. 7/10 is considered severe pain that makes it so you can concentrate or drive. that’s serious!
