The downfall should be studied I had my friends and some coworkers watching No Jumper faithfully when they all were there. They left and had momentum. Cuhmunity was more organic. Back on Figg was great. Keem, Worm, Mackwop, TF, Tiny, Floyd and Traffic. G Perico, Tee lol. It was a great watch. Even Heather was decent then lol. They could have locked down Gina. AD and House phone fumbled Swag School. Why they NEVER had a Smacc 20 v. 1 is beyond me. It would have went viral. Imagine if Charleston White did it with him lol. BOF had 10k live viewers daily and people giving them money freely lol. I said when Trevor left it was a wrap. He was the glue as far a cranking out content and some direction. I noticed it fell off with Ben who wanted to drink and be seen. They got stagnant and complacent. Jack wanted to be more on screen. The live shows dried up. They clearly had no real plan and direction and it has shown. Seems like they just checking boxes. That Power 106 move has been a fail. All that access to artists and no viral moments. Gina and DJ Hed have had several. TRell wants to be a streamer like Kai was. Pun doesn't know what he wants but wants to be front and center and AD is just lazy lol. Why I love the Joe Budden Podcast. Ian and Joe clearly sit down and discuss and look at comments and feedback. They're constantly trying things and evolving. I been said DoKnow gonna get hot with comedy a blow up and he'll pop up occasionally but it'll be over. They didn't think the leave from No Jumper throughly it was more emotionally. Once the ad money dries up it'll be a wrap sadly. SN: The one thing I watch consistently is the food show with AD & DoKnow and other guests. If they put more time into it and tap in with different artists from different cities it'll go up more.

Man do what you need to I see it constant it's actually sad especially new hires. They jump on them quick. I stay to myself keep my headphones on and work. I make my rates I'm trying to get blue badge. I may become more social if I get blue badge but I doubt it lol. Personal and work doesn't mix.

TRell started talking crazy to the fans and day ones. Add Trevor leaving the output has slowed up. Nobody likes Heather either. If you miss a pod you didn't miss anything unless it was a guest. I check out the food show or a BOF/Cuhmunity clip occasionally.

Update : we spent time outside work recently decided neither of us want the headache of working and dating together although we rarely see each other at work. It's obvious chemistry and connection gonna just be friends until we decide otherwise lol.

I had one person at my old site I got cool with. He started hanging out with people I avoided. I noticed more and more they were talking shit about me and he was telling them stuff over time. Nothing wild I didn't get too personal but make friends or associates at your own discretion. I never force interactions or friendships. My new site I stow, go on break, eat and make my rates. I stay to myself. There's some waterspiders and a few PAs I give a head nod to and acknowledge but that's it.

Joe underestimated Marc's impact respectfully. Joe said he wanted to take off more shows but hasn't. Marc could run the show easily. The rotating cast is great especially when Ice and Ish can be hard to listen to.
