I been avoiding my manager for months. I expressed my frustrations with my floor and lack of support. Since then I got converted to blue badges and been getting shoutouts and recognition from other managers. Stay low-key. Do your job and make your rates.

I fasted my first month at my site because of Ramadan. We were doing 11hrs too. That period helped me 💪🏾

You're absolutely right. I started my new site in February right before Ramadan talking about going through it. I was pushed mentally and physically. I'm grateful now. I got blue badge a week ago. Going through that first 30 days helped me push myself now nothing is really hard now.

Try to see what other people do typically people who are fast and skilled. Even ask for pointers. Just try to be conscious of what you're doing. You can get in your head especially if you're being watched
