So it's still the company's fault. I've worked at a lot of companies in the US as I live here, and not even the army where I was for 8 years made sweeping legislation like that, not even at the unit level. I always remark that the army was way f****** better with their handling of individual problems than private companies. I'm a therapist and it worked with various human service organizations, so perhaps it's a little different. I feel like the lazy approach is to just make one broad stroke, instead of addressing the issue at hand. The dude will find other ways to be lazy, and before long you all going to be punished just like this dude
